PyroNet provides internet/broadband, CCTV security and IT/network services. Specific scope, speeds, equipment, timelines and pricing are defined in your individual service order or quotation.

3. Quotes & pricing

• Quotes are subject to a coverage/site check and may vary by location and requirements.
• Prices, packages and availability may change; the rate confirmed in your order applies.

4. Installation & equipment

Installation timelines are estimates and may depend on access, feasibility and third-party infrastructure. Unless stated otherwise, equipment provided on a rental/managed basis remains the property of PyroNet.

5. Acceptable use

• Services must not be used for unlawful activity or to infringe others’ rights.
• Reselling or sharing a service beyond the agreed scope is not permitted without consent.

6. Payments

Charges are billed per your plan. Late or non-payment may result in suspension or disconnection in line with your service order.

7. Support & SLAs

Support levels (including any 24/7 or SLA commitments) are as specified in your plan. We aim to resolve issues promptly but do not guarantee uninterrupted service except where an SLA explicitly applies.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PyroNet is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
